We were delighted to have the opportunity to host a workshop on problematic gambling at Northside Family Resource Centre, creating a valuable space for open discussion, learning, and support around an issue that affects many individuals and families.
A huge thank you to Mary Hary and Jane Aylmer for their incredible support in organising the event. Their commitment and behind-the-scenes work were key to making the workshop such a success.
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Geraldine Daly, Eilis Dennehy, Shirley Byrne, Rosie Donnelan, and Thando Jubane (pictured left to right) for taking part and contributing so thoughtfully to these important conversations. Engagement like this helps strengthen awareness, reduce stigma, and ensure that people know support is available.
Events like these highlight the importance of coming together as a community to address challenging topics, share knowledge, and encourage healthier choices. We are proud to be part of ongoing #LimerickEvents that place wellbeing, connection, and prevention at the centre.
